Oakhurst Food Truck Requirements

California does not have health or fire reciprocity — each local jurisdiction issues its own food-truck permits.

In Oakhurst, health is overseen by Madera County Community and Economic Development Department, Environmental Health Division and fire by Oakhurst's fire authority, each at the local level.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Madera County.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
